다음 메일 읽기 It's already hump day, huh? Time flies like an arrow. May 5th is Children's Day in Korea. My dad texted me this afternoon, saying that "I sent 0.2 millions Won(equivalent to 200 U.S dollars)". "You're still little kid for me". "I'm so sorry for not having given you a lot". However that's totally different from what he said. He's always tried to put our family before himself. He has devoted himself to doing whatever I want. As you know, I'm going to marry in a month. I've struggled for finding my way until a recent date. When I was twenties, I couldn't get used to studying my first major, electronics. I used to waste whole my twenties getting hooked on booze and women. Even if I failed to settle in my daily life, my dad always trusted me. Fortunately, I got to know how to enjoy English. Right after I graduated from my university, I seriously wanted to study more about English. At that time, I was teaching English in a private academy as a part time job, being in charge of elementary school students and middle school students. I wasn't young at all to begin another bachelor's degree. However my dad encouraged me to apply for English literature major department at Korea's National Open University(KNOU), which is the biggest University in Korea and mostly those who are engaged in their own job for a living are trying to study in order to make up for what they hadn't studied because of many various reasons. I finally graduated for my second university majoring in English literature in February, this year. Now I work for one of the biggest private academies in Wonju, Gangwon Province. It's all thanks to him, my dad. I'm very sorry to think how heavy burden he has felt since I was born. I'm very sad he still thinks he should have done something more to me. Now it's time to compensate what I've been given by him. Chelsea, thank you for reading my message. Have a nice day. See you tomorrow morning.
