I go to work even on Children's Day, which is a national holiday in my country. My government is trying to make people take some days off frequently so that people spend more money on leisure and sightseeing, which eventually can lead to economic growth. For example, lawmakers proposed new bill so called 'Substitute Holidays'. In case that national holiday is on Sunday or Saturday, we can extend our holidays even in weekdays, such as Monday and Tuesday. Moreover, some people suggest 'Sandwich Holidays'. That means in case two holidays are placed every other day, we can also use the day between two holidays as a holiday. Those are all we are looking forward to. However, people who have to face so much tough competition in private sector like me cannot take advantage new policies about vacation. But it doesn't matter. I believe all the things I suffer from will be really good experience for my carrier and my life. I don't want to live just as ordinary people do.
