I think I can definitely collect several unstained recut slides for immunostaining from paraffin fixed tissue blocks. How many slides do you need per patient and how many patient samples do you need at least? We usually cut them in thickness of 3um when we make unstained recut slides for immunostaining. I should check our skin biopsy chart and review the pathologic specimen of the candidate. Let me know any special requests about preparation specimens as possible as in detail.
