I have more questions about your project which is in late stages of finishing up a project, after I talked to Dr. [Name] and Lee about it We need to talk about the sampling process and the purpose. 1)Will you compare the genetic expression between hairy nevus and non-hairy nevus in different patients? 2)Or will you also compare the genetic expression between the part of hairy change in the nevus and the other part of the nevus within one individual? Dr. [Name] gave his opinion that among the specific nevus cell population, we need to selectively collect hair-oriented cells or other positive control cells. And he told me that he and you are going to discuss about it this summer.
