When I joined the former company 5 years ago, the first thing I was asked to do was driving forward the suggested improvements and I had to type almost 500 documents which the other employees submitted. I thought it was just wasting the time and effort. Therefore I suggested to make the ‘electrical suggested improvements system’, in spite of the fact that I knew that it would be my task. For the first time my suggestion was refused but I suggested again and again. Finally, I invented a new program with IT department and the company uses this program still now. I have the ability which I can change something inconvenient even if it is a small thing. I believe that it will be big improvement and growth if I start with small things.
