Democracy depends on the voice of it people. What do you want to say to your president?

I want to say about the distribution of filtered mask. People have had difficulties to purchase masks which approved by authorized body that are effective to protect micro dust and virus due to novel corona virus spread nationwide. When we had a problem to buy mask at the beginning of crisis, the government didn\'t declare any way to distribute masks. However, the price of it went higher and higher because there was no a exact policy about distribution. After these troubled events, government decided to control the number of masks that people can buy at one time. So, every person only could buy it 2 piece of mask in one week. We are still in the rack of masks these days even pubic officers announced new improved policies. I can\'t understand that why government didn\'t distribute it at the public office after checking people\'s ID. I can understand a little bit about choices of public officers.
