Describe a candidate’s knowledge and experience in Semiconductor equipment process or display equipm

During the Masters course, I gained my knowledge of semiconductor related subjects while studying semiconductor process and thin film materials and so on. I have also studied HfO2based FRAM using ALD. In this process, thin films were deposited using ALD and fabrication of MOS and MIM structures were made by lithography process for electrical analysis of thin films. I understood the electrical properties of the film while measuring C-V, I-V and P-E. In order to analyze the physical properties of thin films, I studied solid structure theory and electron microscopic lessons for measuring and analyzing TEM, SEM and XRD directly. Through this study, I could understand deeply about high-k material
