Well, my mother once asked for a refund because she bought something at the store and the size was not right.
The refund was done by taking the item, receipt, and card that she paid for, but it was rather easy.
However, I bought only one item, but I scanned the barcode of the item incoorectly, so I once went to get a refund for the wrong amount.
I thought I could get a refund right away if I told you the wrong part, but I had to confirm that I bought one item, and I could count the number of items that were left, check the CCTV, and then get a refund.
I think m mother and I went to get a refund the same way, but I got a refund more difficult than she did.
