Describe your understanding and motivation on the role of an analytics representative.

The analytics department visits clients\' inquiries using Terminal and ensures clients find the most value from software through training and onboarding. Thus, the opportunity for tech-based client service and career progression at Bloomberg motivates me. My aspiration in client service is to prove the service\'s usefulness, which I would like to translate into the financial market with high-tech channels. Bloomberg rolls out analytical software, which representatives should be aware of. Then, representatives ensure clients achieve their end goal by clarifying ambiguity and complexity. This fast-paced and overarching experience motivates me. Alongside this, there is a long-term career aspiration in Bloomberg. I found it essential for any representative to be aware of Terminal and market-moving factors. Also, representatives have to navigate the customers\' pain points for future opportunities. I am interested in the analytics department, where I could learn from a client engagement.
