Last Tuesday, The personnel appointment was announced. Unfortunately, I could not find out my name on the list of the international team. The united elevator institute did not choose me as the member of the international cooperation department. When I watched the announcement at first time, I was disappointed. Because I expected a lot, I thought that if I have a chance to work that department, I will be able to enjoy working. But my thought changed soon, I thought that it might not be a best time. I heard the behind story from the employee who working the head office. He said that there are same employees between two agencies and most of them wanted to work in the new merged agency. So, The competition working in the head office was stiff even though they have to move to another city.
