20 years ago, When I heard diet, I thought that diet is skipping a meal. Eating nothing is diet. My sibling had the same idea about diet.
But, It was totally wrong. According to doctors who are expert about diet, If I skip a meal, my body thinks that need to save energy for sometime of skipping meals. If I have three meals next day, the energy will be fat. Everyday, If I skip a meal to end of my life, It can help me to lose weight. For example, If I skip a dinner, I have to skip all dinners of my life. Can you do this? So, to skip a meal can\'t be a good diet. Although I lose weight by this way, that way is easy to happen yoyo phenomenon.
