Difficulty in communicating over the phone

One of my task is sending e-mail to vendors abroad by using English.
Of course It is also not easy, but communicating over the phone is more difficult for me.
I got new job recently, and one of my colleague told me that there would be few chance to speak in English.
However immediately after a person who works in Europe called me and i struggled to keep having conversation used English.
It was embarrasing exprience and decieded to learn speaking English.
So I met you!
