Dilemma about immigration regulations.

Korean goverment is trying to attract foreign travellers so that they eased immigration regulations. Meantime, it will hold a important meeting, which is G20. So, ahead of the meeting, it changed its attitute about immigration regulations in order to keep security. In my opinion, the most significant thing now is that to hold the meeting successfully and then we can care about enhancing travellers since if we fail to make the meeting successful, we are going to lose reputations all over the world. Furthermore, to get or to rebuild the reputation would be very difficult and cost a lot.
