In a global sense, men and women are treated quite differently. World treated with the preference being towards men. Women do all the work at home and on the job. Women takes a cup of coffee on the job. And women perform all kinds of errand on the job. Women should exert much more effort and heart than men to succeed in business. Sometimes it is valid with anomalies. A few years ago, it is big event in Korea. A women had an inappropriate relationship with the president's chief of staff and she swindled by the power. She has a fake doctor's degree and got full time teaching position in university. She took full advantage of the man. She said "because I was a women, it was easier to work." Of course, it is a special case. To be treat differently for her in business is the reason why it was a male-dominated society for a long time. Now, I think opportunity is fair for all people.
