Not really. It\'s because some illegal immigrants are immigrate to other country because of inevitable reason. Most of reasons are poorish person or their homelands are warring. So I think doing illegal immigrates are commit but some people has reason of worth it. I think give punishment because of doing illegal immigrates are not fair.

I agree that most of the time, people immigrate both legally and illegally because the living conditions in their own countries are not good. Poverty and war are everywhere.
