Do prisoners deserve the right to vote? Why or why now?

I think that the vote means deciding method or ways of life.

People who harms other people have right to decide life of others?

Even though I think no, prisoners have right to vote. Because, prisoner is not prisoner from birth.

If they are well educated that committing crime is really wrong. They did not commit a crime.

If they are loved. The rate of committing crime is extremely low.

Even if there are psychopath who was born to bad. It is not reasonable that Whole group of prisoner don`t have right to vote due to few people who are not qualified.

Most people has right to change their life.  For themselves, The prisoner have right to vote.
