According to the Adam Smith\'s theory, the government should not be intervene economic activities. He believe that there is invisible hands in the market. He argued that desirable social goals are usually reached by individuals following only their own self-interest under the arbitration of the invisible hands. He thought if people get more profits, owners will invest it to new business or hire more employees in order to produce more products but he didn\'t think about human\'s greed. Most employers wanted to reduce expenses for productions therefore they cut down wages and pushed workers to do overtime work without salary increase. It proved that government should control private businesses by the national law. Therefore, labors can be protected by their country. In addition, industries that need huge business expenses shoud be run by the government such as electricity, water and road construction.
