I totally disagree with Captain America, because he also is a citizen. He shouldn\'t judge someone\'s crime by his standard. Beginning of the movie, many people were died because of Avengers\' mistake. So, Us government wanted to control team Avengers. Captain America denied it. If South Korea fights with North Korea, South Korea can win. But, we never try. War can be cause of many peoples\' sacrifices.
I think Captain America\'s care for Bucky isn\'t good for everyone.
