I agree that physical age and health is more important than real age. I think aging means that we can\'t do something due to unhealthy body. If you have healthy body in the future, you don\'t need to worry about sickness after activities.
In other perspective, I think wisdom also not depends on age. Usually people think that we can get the wisdom as we go older. However, I think wisdom come from experiences. If the person who had a lot of experience about the life, he has more wisdom than a person who had fewer experience even elder than him.
