Do you agree with this definition of genius? Why or why not?

I do not agree with the definition of genius. This is mainly because I have seen many inborn geniuses. One of them, for example, Lionel Messi is the most excellent soccer player in the world. However, he is well-known for enjoying his leisure time. He is the good example of genius. Although a person should try hard to improve one's performance, it is irrefutable that there is the each one's inherent talent.
