Yes. But not every team does.
The good thing about the group that doesn\'t have a leader, is they treat everyone equally.
But the bad thing is that they don\'t know what do to since almost everyone has an idea and there\'s no leader to decide.
So I think they will EVENTUALLY fail.
But for people who respect other peoples opinion, they will try lots ideas and maybe, they can be a great team! :)
