I am a risk-taker. I have learned that challenge allowed me to tackle down the problem creatively. Taking risks provided me to achieve growth by building extensive knowledge of the unfamiliar field. I have similar experience as a data services analyst at a consulting firm. My job requires analyzing remuneration practices on market data. There was a request to investigate newly hiring health and safety managers. The biggest issue was no data because there were no government guidelines and precedents. However, the government had a hiring deadline, so I adopted the two strategies. First, I interviewed market participants regarding their compensation expectations through surveys and calls. Secondly, I collaborated with the Ministry of Labor in South Korea, various attorney offices, and overseas branch offices. These tactics allowed me to better evaluate such employees\' compensation levels and assisted clients in hiring talented professionals without facing regulatory crackdowns.
