Do you feel bad after you have an argument?

Dear [Name], I don\'t like to argue with someone. Normally, I accept the opinin that someone insist me. but I feel bad when he insist unreasonable request to me. I changed my company 7 times. 4 times of them, I changed because of arguement. They request unreasonable situations, and I rejected their requests and I resigned after arguement. they were a senior managers, boss, line of boss. I don\'t like to make a black money. I always did my best. I want to get the incentive according to my sales amounts. but they gave the incentive money to their\'s line people. that was very unreasonable sitaution. So, I moved to another company. but the same as usual like a before company. Now, I found last company without unreasonable reqeusts and unfairness.
