I think that our current Korean educational system does not offer practical skills related to profession and it is not efficient including of university. In Korea, as we take courses on regular education process of the ministry of education, majority of them have not been reflected the current developing situation. And also, it does not effect on using real daily expression and grammar. Furthermore, theoretical education that not focused on business practice has been dominated at university now. For sure, it is essential to learn about theory for understanding real work environment, but If is there a practice for works, we should learn new things at work. And it leads to waste of time. I hear that the prestigious universities in the world, such as Stanford D.school will offer course for working adults to provide lifelong learning. So, I hope that our country’s system could be changed for demanding of evolving era.
