I do not have high expectations for the team I work with. The tasks and duties are already set by job description division of duties, so I normally do not have expectations for individuals because I believe that they will know that to get the high position or competitive compensations need to show their performances well. However, it would be too disappointing if my teams can not meet basic expectations. In other words, I do not have high expectations for team members, but I have minimal expectations.
