I just manually list the things that I have to do and update it whenever necessary using MS Word. I sometimes use Excel to prioritize them, so I can easily identify which should be done first. I usually check the list before calling it a day to see whether there are things that need to be taken care of as the first thing tomorrow morning. I have once received training on effective time management. The instructor introduced his own way of time management. He made his own annual calendar on the Excel sheet. He marked all his annual activities such as lectures, projects, training, appointments, informal gatherings, weekend plans, and so on. He even planned how long he would sleep each day. There are columns to compare actual results versus plans. The spread sheet has the function to analyze how effectively he used his time like showing total working hours, commuting time, sleeping hours, eating time, exercising time, etc. It was like a housekeeping book. It looks nice and worth trying.

Wonderful Thursday to you Sir [이름]! Finally, one more day before the weekend. ^^ I think time management depends on the person. They do things depending on their availability or will. I am grateful that you shared your insights about this matter. See you.
