When I worked at the former company, I had a boss who, I believe, was more intelligent than anyone else around me. He has not only in-depth knowledge about his job but also keen insight into various issues. He is well organized and has excellent analytic skills. He is quick in comprehending complex situations or problems, developing plans to solve the problem, and actually implementing them to bring in actual results. He is a fast learner even not only for work but also for sports like swimming and golf. More noticeable thing is that he is not merely smart, but has good personalities. He is nice, gentle, listen to his employees, and patient. He has set a good example himself. He hasn’t flatter his boss, spoke up whenever it’s needed against any unreasonable orders/directions from the top management. He has always tried to stand on his employee’s side. I think “being intelligent” doesn’t simply mean he/she has a high metal capacity, but should have good traits.
