Do you know some ways to improve your IQ?

Your second composition for the day, wow! Yes, the IQ level is just a number representing a person\'s reasoning ability. Thus, it is not designed to tell how poor the person\'s ability. There are some prehistoric stereotypes about people having a low IQ, right? I totally disagree with that as well. Those you enlisted below are some ways to enhance our brain function, but it doesn\'t mean that it can increase our level of intelligence. Thank you for this composition! Well done!

We all know that IQ numbers say something about our intelligence.

 We are able to improve our IQ by playing a brain game, doing high cardio exercise, learning an instrument and buying the book that can boost our IQ.

 Everything I mentioned above is not easy to do, but if we try to follow it, I think we can boost the quality of our life.

I have been checked IQ by a teacher when I was in elementary school, and I felt upset from the result.
