Well, in my case, it depends on the topics. You know, as I am getting older, when it comes to changing of way of working is quite tricky. I mean that even though changing the work style is so practical such as exchanging of the machines and the like, as it is not familiar to me I don\'t prefer those.
However, in the case of raring ways of my son, or following fashion trends, moving to the house from here to somewhere, in that cases I tend to be flexible in some ways.
I think that in order to live harmornieously and peacefully with others, accepting of change is quite essential.
