I currently work as a public officer. I started this job in 2011, and now I am working as a team leader in my department. Working as a public officer has both positive and negative effects on me.
On the positive side, I love my job because I have always dreamed of serving my country.
However, I also feel the desire to test my abilities in a wide range. I believe the private sector offers to me more opportunities and to earn a higher income

I think I understand you. People working for the government have the same thinking as you; however, what keeps them from doing that job is the stability and security. Take note, the government has different agencies that can be challenging as well.
