I rarely take a nap because it’s really hard to sleep at night after I take a nap. However, I sometimes take a nap for 2 hours when I’m so tired. At the day, I cannot sleep well at the night. Even though I take a nap only for 30 minutes, it’s hard to go to sleep. For this reason, I barely take a nap in a daytime and avoid it intentionally.
