I preferred having free time rather than being busy until I was a teenager, since it felt more comfortable. As I grew up, though, I came to enjoy living a busy and meaningful life. When I have a busy day, I can gain more self-esteem, feel a sense of fulfillment in my daily life and continue to develop as I accomplish more. I don\'t want to just chase tasks for the sake of being busy; instead, I want to set dreams and goals I can commit to, and use my time in a meaningful way. Of course, I think it is important to maintain a proper balance rather than always keeping myself busy. For example, I try to take regular breaks on weekends, reflecting on myself and recharging. An essential part of rest is occasionally meeting friends or sleeping in.
