I Prefer to learn new fields from the experts following these reasons.

 first, It can help me to quickly reach my aim.

they informs me that what are important, it help to save the time to be fluent in that fields.

 second, When I face with some problem, They instructs which one is better way to solve the problems.

Someone consider their failure valuable.

I agree with their insists but by listening to failure example, I`m capable of understanding easier than others studing alone.
