i prefer to work with team.
the purpose of working with team is to fulfill mutual the week parts.
for example, when i joined this company 10 years ago, i am alone in my departments. because previous emplyee resigned already.
i didn\'t know any work process. i have to take over all job. although there was one person to educate me about CS task, he also first time for CS task after he take over from previous employee.
if there was one employee as team, then i didn\'t struggle to do my task alone.
performance also affect whether employee is alone or team.
