No, I normally don’t. I just do my best and I don\'t overdo it to look better. My first few months after joining the company are enough time for others to have preconceptions about me, but I don\'t want to try to look good. Because to live up to their expectations, I think I have to work harder and then I may get out of the way. So I\'m not going to try to show off ability and competency but, work sincerely to show my genuine competencies.
