I do not spend my daily life with the designed timetable so, struggling with my timetable is not matter for me. However, I try to use my time in four dimensions by dividing its importance and its urgency. The four dimensions are ‘urgent and important’, ‘not urgent but important’, ‘urgent and unimportant’, ‘not urgent and unimportant’. The most difficult thing to prioritize work among these is the matter of choice between urgent but not urgent, urgent and non-important work. Of the two, most people do urgent and unimportant things first, but recognizing urgent important things and continuing to solve them is a very necessary task for the whole life\'s timetable.
