Do you think being bilingual affects someone’s identity?

Yes. I think the language is not only a simple way to communicate but also a culture. I mean every language definitely includes its county\'s culture. Whenever I study other languagese like English and Japanese, I feel like that. For example, in english speaking country, saying staightforwardly is very natual and common way to express their opinion. But in Asian country, especially Korea or Japan, indirect expression feel like more polite and common. It\'s not only naitive bilingual. When you speak other language, you might tend to think from that country\'s people. and it might affect someone\'s minset, a way of thinking and so on. That\'s why I think being bilingual affects identity.
