I think bullying should be made a crime. It can\'t say part of growing up.
Because people who bullying by another people feel afraid about their bullying. It is not joke. Even if bullying people think it\'s a joke, people who bullying by them regards it\'s terrible.
So, i think if the bullying makes them hurt, it is never part of growing uo. It is obviously crime.
