I think having company meeting regularly is necessary to proceed a project. Of course, if the contents is too simple and there is nothing to share, it can be replace with e-mail. However, we usally share a lot of information in company meeting and ask questions each other. The first advantage of company meeting is that we can meet in face and ask question directly. And second one is it require preperation how to show the process on going. And it usually make person more seriously and effectively to work. The final one is it makes deadline. It gives us pressure to finish on time.
