I think the light cosmetics are good for skin. In my case, When I was a collage student, my skin was better than while vacation. In vacation I didn\'t any makeup so I didn\'t care about my skin. When some pimples get my skin, I just negleted. It is because no one couldn\'t see my skin But When I was get light makeup, I cleansing everyday and I cared my skin. But excessive make up is not healthy. So proper costetics is better. And the most important thing is cleansing.
