Although it has changed a lot, there are still some companies that are reluctant to hire female employees. Even after hiring women, some of them set up an invisible ceiling in promoting their female employees. The rationale for their unfair treatment of female employees is that women are not loyal to the company and their jobs as opposed to male employees. They often call it a day at work much earlier than their male colleagues to take care of their family business. They often quit their jobs easily so that their service period is much shorter than male employees. However, such phenomenon is not only attributable to women because our social system doesn't allow them to pursue their career.House work or raising a child should be equally shared both by a wife and a husband.However, the reality is that women do most of housework even if they have a job and work outside the home. Our society pushes them to be a super woman who does all the things like a good mother, wife, and professional.
