Do you think flexible work hours would benefit most people? Why or why not?

In my opinion, having flexible work hours would be beneficial to most people. To begin with, people have different biorhythms. Some prefer starting work early, while others perform better at night. Secondly, one\'s personality also plays an important role. Some people tend to work intensively in one go, whereas others prefer a regular and planned work schedule. For these reasons, companies should encourage policies that implement flexible work hours. According to Korean Times, one of the most renowned newspapers in Korea, over 85.2% of workers, who have taken part in the policy, replied that it improved work efficiency and reduced their overall work stress. Even one company saw increased productivity and successfully established a better work environment by introducing flexible work hours. Therefore, it goes without saying that executives of corporations should not hesitate to promote flexible work hours.
