I think working with people similar with me is better. I think there\'re two kind of people in the world. The first group is doing their work in advance and finished their work long before the deadline. The other group is doing their work right before the deadline. Of course, it just a work style which more fit to each other and these style is more effective in personal. However, when if the first group and second group work together, I think the first group get more stress than second group. Because it\'s too hard to finish tasks until right before a deadline. And, I think I\'m in frist group, so I prefer to work person who in the first group.
