I think both of them are important but if I should choose one of them, then to enjoy the job is more important than to make a lot of money for me. About 1year~ 2years ago, I did a lot of part time job like serving a food, teaching physics and math in academy, packing exports and assembling electronic components. When I did the packing and assembling things at first, I felt good because payment was good enough for my living expenses. But as time goes by, I was getting felt it is not my thing. I felt bored of repetitive work and I couldn't focus on my class due to tiredness. So I quitted that job and searched for other jobs. Then I had a chance to teach students in academy that I learned before and I felt rewarded when my students did well on exams.
