Salary is the one of the important things for business people.

If country start limiting their salary level, nobody want to study hard, improve their skill, work more than others do and get promoted.

I would like to suggest government to impose tax depending on the salary level and then provide more welfare such as a house support, nursery fee support and support for the people who can not earn enough money that can manage their life.

 We are living under the capitalism country regardless our choice and we saw the collapse of the communism.
