Do you think people’s past crimes, even when committed in their youth, should always be revealed pub
학생이 쓴 원문
I believe that people’s past crimes should be concealed. There are two conditions. First, it must be a mistake which does not violate the law. Second, if it is the crime, the person should already be punished or convicted by it. Many people say that it is difficult to expect people to change, so they have to look into their previous record to fully understand this person. However, I believe that if people already regret and ashamed by previous crimes and prove to be a good man, we need to give a second chance. This chance is for this person and society too. If people are captivated by their previous mistakes and hesitate to learn from them, there is a high chance that they commit additional crime. Accordingly, there will be an increase in crime rate. South Koreans are good at publicly ostracizing people from their previous mistakes. However, there are no perfect human, and everyone can mistake. Therefore, it is important to let bygones to be bygones.
