Do you think phone apps also helps in preventing the Coronavirus?

It can help to prevent spread of coronavirus. In Korea, we are using many apps about coronavirus. For example, ‘corona app’ inform to people moving of infected people. Through this app, people can know dangerous place. Also, if someone visit the place which visit infected people, he or she can check their condition of infection quickly and can protect to spread more. Also, the government of Korea manage people who enter the country after spreading coronavirus through a app. People who come overseas like Europe and China should check their condition like fever everyday through app during self-isolation. If someone don’t check their condition or go out ignoring self-isolation, the government can’t know that and also handle properly. So, I think it is very effective device in this situation.
