Yes, the public transfortation is better than car at least in Seoul. There are so many people in Seoul. In morning, they alwasy suffer from traffic so the subway is best way. The subway is fast, accurate and regularly. I have never been late for work because the subway also never delayed. When I drive in Seoul, they have less parking lot, and fare is high too. It maight be spend more money than public transfortation. However, If I have my car, it must be convenient. I don\'t have to be in a crowd, I can feel free than bus or subway. If I didn\'t live in Seoul, I want to try drive myself.
