I think people should work as long as they have ability to work. It\'s different with working as long as they want. As people get older, they usally think or active more slowly than younger people. It can affect to work effectively and there\'re no reason to employ them from a persepective of company. I think the national retirement age is an average age whose can\'t work effectively. Though it is reasonable, nation need to give older person more chance to work if they have enough ability to work.
