I think team dinners improve teamwork and communication. Maybe I think it\'s because our team has good teamwork and atmosphere.
At team dinners, we talk a lot about personal things and our tasks, and by doing so, we can talk a lot with our team members and understand each other, we can talk and naturally relieve the tension and return to good relationship.
But each person can think differently about team dinners.
Some people may feel uncomfortable hanging out with their team members even after work, while ohters may not like team dinners. In addition, it can be a place that can cause inconvenient situations for team dinners. For example, there are people who force a bad drinker to drink or keep asking for personal stories.
Moreover, these days people don\'t like to talk about personal things.
